His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to subsection 166(2) of the Safe Streets and Communities Act, chapter 1 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, hereby fixes May 3, 2012 as the day on which sections 135 and 136 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu du paragraphe 166(2) de la Loi sur la sécurité des rues et des communautés, chapitre 1 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 3 mai 2012 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 135 et 136 de cette loi.
