Whereas by Order in Council P.C. 2008-195 of January 31, 2008, the lands described in its schedule were set apart, in accordance with the Kawacatoose Band Treaty Land Entitlement Settlement Agreement, dated October 20, 2000, for the use and benefit of the Kawacatoose First Nation as an addition to Kawacatoose First Nation Indian Reserve No. 88, in Saskatchewan;

And whereas the schedule to Order in Council P.C. 2008-195 of January 31, 2008 incorrectly states the surface parcel numbers in paragraph (a) under the heading FIRSTLY;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby amends paragraph (a) under the heading, FIRSTLY, on page 1 of the Schedule to Order in Council P.C. 2008-195 of January 31, 2008 by replacing Surface Parcel “Nos. 113600001 and 113668847” with “Nos. 164042041 and 164042052”.

Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2008-195 du 31 janvier 2008, les terres décrites en annexe de ce décret ont été mises de côté, en conformité avec l’accord intitulé Kawacatoose Band Treaty Land Entitlement Settlement Agreement, daté du 20 octobre 2000, à l’usage et au profit de la Première nation Kawacatoose à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Kawacatoose First Nation n^o 88, en Saskatchewan;

Attendu que l’annexe du décret C.P. 2008-195 du 31 janvier 2008 indique de manière inexacte les numéros des parcelles de surface dans le paragraphe (a) sous le titre PREMIÈREMENT,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil modifie le paragraphe (a), sous le titre PREMIÈREMENT à la page 1 de l’annexe du décret C.P. 2008-195 du 31 janvier 2008 par remplacement des numéros des parcelles de surface « 113600001 et 113668847 » par « 164042041 et 164042052 ».
