His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the tax is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits tax in the amounts of $919.58, $2,390.99 and $1,499.63 for the 1987, 1988 and 1989 taxation years, respectively, and penalties of $137.93, $552.74 and $254.93 for the 1987, 1988 and 1989 taxation years, respectively, and all relevant interest on the tax and penalties, paid or payable under Part I of the Income Tax Act by René Héroux.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que la perception en est injuste, fait remise des sommes d’impôt de 919,58 $, 2 390,99 $ et 1 499,63 $ et des pénalités de 137,93 $, 552,74 $ et 254,93 $, payées ou à payer par René Héroux pour les années d’imposition 1987, 1988 et 1989, respectivement, au titre de la partie I de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu, ainsi que des intérêts afférents.
