His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 23(a) of the Territorial Lands Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Withdrawal from Disposal of Certain Tracts of Territorial Lands in Nunavut (Northern Bathurst Island National Park) Order.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 23a) de la Loi sur les terres territoriales, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Décret modifiant le Décret déclarant inaliénables certaines parcelles territoriales au Nunavut (parc national du Nord de l’île Bathurst), ci-après.
