His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraphs 5(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) to (h) of the Foreign Missions and International Organizations Act, hereby makes the annexed International Organization for Migration Privileges and Immunities Order.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu des alinéas 5(1)a), b), c) et f) à h) de la Loi sur les missions étrangères et les organisations internationales, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Décret sur les privilèges et immunités de l’Organisation internationale pour les migrations, ci-après.
