   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable Clément Gascon, juge de la Cour supérieure pour le district de Montréal dans la province de Québec, soit nommé juge de la Cour d'appel de ladite province, avec résidence sur le territoire de la ville de Montréal ou dans son voisinage immédiat.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Clément Gascon, a Puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the District of Montréal in the Province of Quebec, be appointed a Puisne Judge of the Court of Appeal of the said Province, with residence in the territory of or in the immediate vicinity of Ville de Montréal.
