   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby

appoints Gary Franklin Valcour of Oshawa, Ontario, to be a director of the Oshawa Port Authority, to hold office for a term ending April 4, 2015.
