   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Elmer P. Derrick of Terrace, British Columbia, to be a director of the Prince Rupert Port Authority, to hold office for a term ending February 28, 2015.
