Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the tax in unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits tax under Part I of the Income Tax Act in the amount of $6,015.30 for the 2000 taxation year, and all relevant interest thereon, paid or payable by Iris Wileman.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fait remise du montant de 6 015,30 $ pour l'année d'imposition 2000, payé ou payable par Iris Wileman au titre de l'impôt exigible en vertu de la partie I de la Loi de l'impôt sur le revenu, ainsi que des intérêts y afférents, estimant que la perception de ces montants est injuste.
