    His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs with the concurrence of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to Article VI of the Treaty between the United States and Great Britain relating to Boundary Waters, and questions arising between the United States and Canada, signed at Washington on January 11, 1909 and ratified by the Protocol of Exchange signed at Washington on May 5, 1910, hereby appoints Alain Pietroniro of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, a duly qualified engineer and Director of the Water Survey of Canada at Environment Canada, as the Canadian accredited officer to carry out the provisions of the Treaty with respect to the St. Mary and Milk Rivers, to hold office during pleasure.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, avec l’assentiment du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’article VI du Traité conclu entre les États-Unis et la Grande-Bretagne relatif aux eaux limitrophes et aux questions survenant le long de la frontière entre le Canada et les États-Unis, signé à Washington le 11 janvier 1909 et ratifié par le Protocole d’échange signé à Washington le 5 mai 1910, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme, à titre amovible, Alain Pietroniro de Saskatoon (Saskatchewan), ingénieur qualifié et directeur, Relevés hydrologiques du Canada, ministère de l’Environnement, à titre d’agent accrédité du Canada chargé de l’application du Traité quant aux rivières St. Mary et Milk.
