   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to sections 3 and 7 of the National Capital Act, hereby re-appoints Russell Andrew Mills of Ottawa, Ontario, as Chairperson of the National Capital Commission to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditons as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($310 - $375) and an annual retainer within the range ($8,000 - $9,400), effective April 30, 2012.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu des articles 3 et 7 de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Russell Andrew Mills, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président de la Commission de la capitale nationale, à titre amovible, pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (310 $ - 375 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (8 000 $ - 9 400 $), à compter du 30 avril 2012.
