His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the portion of the 2012-2013 to 2016-2017 corporate plan of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited relating to the 2012-2013 planning period.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la partie du plan d’entreprise de 2012-2013 à 2016-2017 d’Énergie atomique du Canada limitée qui se rapporte à la période de planification 2012-2013.
