His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Mutual Recognition Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the State of Israel for Conformity Assessment of Telecommunications Equipment; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Edward Fast, Minister for International Trade, or Louis Lévesque, Deputy Minister for International Trade, or Paul Hunt, Ambassador of Canada to the State of Israel, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Mutual Recognition Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the State of Israel for Conformity Assessment of Telecommunications Equipment.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de reconnaissance mutuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de l’État d’Israël concernant l’évaluation de la conformité du matériel de télécommunication;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Edward Fast, ministre du Commerce international, ou Louis Lévesque, sous-ministre du Commerce international, ou Paul Hunt, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de l’État d’Israël, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de reconnaissance mutuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de l’État d’Israël concernant l’évaluation de la conformité du matériel de télécommunication.
