   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby

 (a) pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the International Centre for Human Rights and Democratic Development Act, terminates the appointments of the following directors of the board of directors of the International Centre for Human Rights and Democratic Development:

(i)  Michael Van Pelt, made by Order in Council P.C. 2009-1863 of November 10, 2009,

(ii)  David Matas, made by Order in Council P.C. 2009-1864 of November 10, 2009,

(iii)  Jacques Gauthier, made by Order in Council P.C. 2011-312 of March 3, 2011,

(iv)  Elliot Tepper, made by Order in Council P.C. 2011-313 of March 3, 2011,

(v)  Marco Navarro-Génie, made by Order in Council P.C. 2009-540 of April 23, 2009, and

(vi)  Bradley Farquhar, made by Order in Council P.C. 2009-541 of April 23, 2009; and

 (b) fixes their termination pay as set out in the annexed schedule.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

 a) en vertu du paragraphe 10(1) de la Loi sur le Centre international des droits de la personne et du développement démocratique, met fin à la nomination des administrateurs ci-après au conseil d’administration du Centre international des droits de la personne et du développement démocratique :

   (i) Michael Van Pelt, faite par le décret C.P. 2009-1863 du 10 novembre 2009,

   (ii) David Matas, faite par le décret C.P. 2009-1864 du 10 novembre 2009,

   (iii) Jacques Gauthier, faite par le décret C.P. 2011-312 du 3 mars 2011,

   (iv) Elliot Tepper, faite par le décret C.P. 2011-313 du 3 mars 2011,

   (v) Marco Navarro-Génie, faite par le décret C.P. 2009-540 du 23 avril 2009,

   (vi) Bradley Farquhar, faite par le décret C.P. 2009-541 du 23 avril 2009;

 b) fixe leur indemnité de cessation d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe.
