   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Susan Cartwright of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a Commissioner of the Public Service Commission, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of seven years, on a part-time basis, effective April 3, 2012.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Susan Cartwright, d’Ottawa (Ontario), commissaire de la Commission de la fonction publique, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de sept ans, à temps partiel, à compter du 3 avril 2012.
