His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to bring into force for Canada the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Canada and the European Space Agency.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur pour le Canada de l’Accord de coopération entre le Gouvernement du Canada et l’Agence spatiale européenne.
