His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 263(2) of the Budget Implementation Act, 2009, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2011-397 of March 10, 2011 by replacing “March 12, 2012” with “March 12, 2013”.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 263(2) de la Loi d’exécution du budget de 2009, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2011-397 du 10 mars 2011 en remplaçant « 12 mars 2012 » par « 12 mars 2013 ».
