   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande qu’Andrew M. Mahar, de la ville d’Iqaluit au Nunavut, avocat, soit nommé juge de la Cour de justice du Nunavut.

Le Comité du Conseil privé recommande en outre que ledit Andrew M. Mahar soit nommé juge de la Cour d’appel du Nunavut, juge de la Cour d'appel des territoires du Nord-Ouest et juge de la Cour d'appel du Yukon, pendant la durée de ses fonctions à titre de juge de la Cour de justice du Nunavut.

   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Andrew M. Mahar, of the City of Iqaluit in Nunavut, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice.

The Committee further advises that the said Andrew M. Mahar be appointed a Judge of the Court of Appeal of Nunavut, a Judge of the Court of Appeal for the Northwest Territories, and a Judge of the Court of Appeal of Yukon, during his tenure of office as a Judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice.
