   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Mark Clare Pearce Wright of Thunder Bay, Ontario, to be a director of the Thunder Bay Port Authority, to hold office for a term ending February 28, 2015, in the place of Maria Elizabeth Ann Hudolin.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Mark Clare Pearce Wright, de Thunder Bay (Ontario), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Thunder Bay, pour un mandat se terminant le 28 février 2015, en remplacement de Maria Elizabeth Ann Hudolin.
