   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, pursuant to section 134 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints the Auditor General of Canada as the auditor of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2012.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, et en vertu de l’article 134 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme le vérificateur général du Canada, vérificateur de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée pour l’exercice financier se terminant le 31 mars 2012.
