   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of the Blue Water Bridge Authority, pursuant to section 134 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints the Auditor General of Canada as the auditor of the Blue Water Bridge Authority for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2012.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de l’Administration du pont Blue Water, et en vertu de l’article 134 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme le vérificateur général du Canada, vérificateur de l’Administration du pont Blue Water pour l’exercice financier se terminant le 31 août 2012.
