   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, after consultation with the board of directors of the Old Port of Montréal Corporation Inc., pursuant to section 134 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints the Auditor General of Canada as the auditor of the Old Port of Montréal Corporation Inc. for the year 2011-2012.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société du Vieux-Port de Montréal inc., et en vertu de l’article 134 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme le vérificateur général du Canada, vérificateur de la Société du Vieux-Port de Montréal inc. pour l’année 2011-2012.
