His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Transport enter into a contribution agreement with the owner of the Port of Churchill for an amount not to exceed $4,100,000 to implement the Contribution to Provide Short Term Financial Assistance for the Costs of Repairs, Maintenance, Rehabilitation and Other Related Initiatives Supporting the Ongoing Operations for the Port of Churchill program.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la conclusion, par le ministre des Transports, d’un accord de contribution avec le propriétaire du port de Churchill d’une somme ne dépassant pas 4 100 000 $ pour la mise en œuvre du programme intitulé Contribution en vue de fournir une aide financière à court terme pour les coûts de réparation, d’entretien, de remise en état ainsi que pour les autres initiatives connexes à l’appui des activités courantes du port de Churchill.
