His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Transport Regulations (Miscellaneous Program) pursuant to

(a) section 16 of the Department of Transport Act; and

(b) sections 14 and 15 of the International Bridges and Tunnels Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements (ministère des Transports), ci-après, en vertu :

a) de l’article 16 de la Loi sur le ministère des Transports;

b) des articles 14 et 15 de la Loi sur les ponts et tunnels internationaux.
