His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 11 of the Auditor General Act, hereby requests that the Auditor General of Canada

(a)   annually conduct the review referred to in clause 11 of the Agreements on the Reconfiguration of the Working Income Tax Benefit entered into between the Government of Canada and the Government of Alberta, between the Government of Canada and the Government of British Columbia and between the Government of Canada and the Government of Nunavut and the review referred to in clause 12 of the Agreement on the Reconfiguration of the Working Income Tax Benefit entered into between the Government of Canada and the Government of Quebec; and

(b) provide a report on the results of those reviews.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 11 de la Loi sur le vérificateur général, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil demande au vérificateur général du canada :

a) d’entreprendre annuellement l’examen visé à l’article 11 des accords relatifs à la restructuration de la prestation fiscale pour le revenu de travail conclus entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de l’Alberta, entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique et entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement du Nunavut ainsi que l’examen visé à l’article 12 de l’Accord relatif à la restructuration au Québec de la prestation fiscale pour le revenu de travail entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement du Québec;

b) de dresser un rapport sur les résultats de ces examens.
