Whereas, in accordance with subsection 2(3) of the First Nations Fiscal and Statistical Management Act, the council of each band referred to in the annexed Order has requested that the name of the band be added to or deleted from the schedule to that Act, as the case may be;

And whereas, pursuant to paragraph 2(3)(b) of that Act, the band that requested that its name be deleted from the schedule to that Act has no amounts owing to the First Nations Finance Authority;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the First Nations Fiscal and Statistical Management Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the First Nations Fiscal and Statistical Management Act.

Attendu que, en vertu du paragraphe 2(3) de la Loi sur la gestion financière et statistique des premières nations, le conseil de chaque bande visée dans le décret ci-après a demandé que le nom de sa bande soit ajouté à l’annexe de cette loi ou en soit retranché, selon le cas;

Attendu que, conformément à l’alinéa 2(3)b) de cette loi, la bande qui a demandé que son nom soit retranché de l’annexe ne doit aucune somme à l’Administration financière des premières nations,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 2(3) de la Loi sur la gestion financière et statistique des premières nations, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Décret modifiant l’annexe de la Loi sur la gestion financière et statistique des premières nations, ci-après.
