    Whereas by resolutions dated February 14, 2012, the Senate and the House of Commons approved the appointment of Anne-Marie Robinson as President of the Public Service Commission;

   Therefore, the Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that:

 (a) pursuant to section 4 of the Public Service Employment Act, a commission under the Great Seal do issue appointing Anne-Marie Robinson of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Public Service Commission, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of seven years; and

 (b) pursuant to section 5 of the Public Service Employment Act, her salary be fixed at an amount to be equal to that of a judge of the Federal Court, as amended from time to time.

   Attendu que le Sénat et la Chambre des communes ont approuvé, par résolutions du 14 février 2012, la nomination d’Anne-Marie Robinson à titre de présidente de la Commission de la fonction publique,

   À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande :

 a) en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, qu’une commission sous le grand sceau soit émise nommant Anne-Marie Robinson, d’Ottawa (Ontario), présidente de la Commission de la fonction publique, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de sept ans;

 b) en vertu de l’article 5 de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, que son traitement soit fixé au taux de celui d’un juge de la Cour fédérale, modifié de temps à autre.
