  The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that, pursuant to subsections 75(3) and 76(1) of the Parliament of Canada Act, a commission under the Great Seal of Canada do issue appointing Sonia L’Heureux of North Gower, Ontario, to be Associate Parliamentary Librarian to hold office during pleasure, for a term of six months or until such time as a Parliamentary Librarian is appointed, whichever is earlier, and fixes her salary at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($148,200 - $174,300).

    Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que, en vertu des paragraphes 75(3) et 76(1) de la Loi sur le Parlement du Canada, une commission sous le grand sceau du Canada soit émise, nommant Sonia L’Heureux, de North Gower (Ontario), en qualité de bibliothécaire parlementaire adjointe, à titre amovible pour un mandat de six mois ou jusqu’à ce qu’un bibliothécaire parlementaire soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe son traitement conformément au taux spécifié à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel se situe dans l'échelle (148 200 $ - 174 300 $).
