His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 14(1) of the Arctic Waters Pollution Prevention Act, hereby
(a) designates the persons listed in column 1 of annexed Schedule A as pollution prevention officers with the powers specified in column 2 of that schedule; and
(b) terminates the designations of the persons listed in annexed Schedule B.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu du paragraphe 14(1) de la Loi sur la prévention de la pollution des eaux arctiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :
a) désigne les personnes mentionnées à la colonne 1 de l’annexe A ci-jointe à titre de fonctionnaires chargés de la prévention de la pollution et leur confère les pouvoirs énoncés à la colonne 2 de cette annexe;
b) met fin à la désignation des personnes mentionnées à l’annexe B ci-jointe.
