His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 7 of An Act to incorporate the Canadian Medical Protective Association, being chapter 91 of the Statutes of Canada, 1913, hereby sanctions the annexed By-law No. 52 of The Canadian Medical Protective Association, which was passed by the Association on August 25, 2010.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 7 de la Loi constituant en corporation l’Association canadienne de protection médicale, chapitre 91 des Lois du Canada (1913), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil sanctionne le Règlement n^o 52 de l’Association canadienne de protection médicale, ci-joint, adopté par l’Association le 25 août 2010.
