His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the interest is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits interest in the amount of $10,500.00 that accrued during the period beginning on January 15, 1993 and ending on July 4, 2006, paid or payable by Alfo Bacci or his estate for a pre-1986 taxation year and the 1987, 1988 and 1991 taxation years under Part I of the Income Tax Act.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que la perception en est injuste, fait remise de la somme de 10 500,00 $, payée ou à payer par Alfo Bacci ou sa succession au titre de la partie I de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu à titre d’intérêts accumulés pendant la période débutant le 15 janvier 1993 et se terminant le 4 juillet 2006 pour une année d’imposition précédant 1986 et les années d’imposition 1987, 1988 et 1991.
