   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby re-appoints Hans Matthews of Capreol, Ontario, as a temporary member of the National Energy Board for a term commencing on January 14, 2012 and ending on September 30, 2013.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 4(1) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Hans Matthews, de Capreol (Ontario), membre temporaire de l’Office national de l’énergie pour une période commençant le 14 janvier 2012 et se terminant le 30 septembre 2013.
