   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby fixes the salary of Carolyn McCool, a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board, for the period she is acting as Assistant Deputy Chairperson, at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($119,800 - $140,900), commencing on May 30, 2011, and until such time as an Assistant Deputy Chairperson is designated or until the coming into force of the Balanced Refugee Reform Act, whichever is earlier.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe le traitement de Carolyn McCool, commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l'immigration et du statut de réfugié, pour la période pendant laquelle elle agit à titre de vice-présidente adjointe, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (119 800 $ - 140 900 $), commençant le 30 mai 2011 jusqu’à ce qu’un vice-président adjoint soit choisit ou jusqu’à l’entrée en vigueur de la Loi sur des mesures de réforme équitables concernant les réfugiés, selon la première de ces éventualités.
