   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Larissa Zakharian of Châteauguay, Quebec, to be Chairperson of the Board of Referees for the Quebec Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Laval, for a term of three years.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et en vertu du paragraphe 111(2) de la Loi sur l’assurance-emploi, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Larissa Zakharian, de Châteauguay (Québec), présidente du conseil arbitral de la division régionale du Québec, et en particulier pour le district de Laval, pour un mandat de trois ans.
