   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, pursuant to section 4 of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board Act, hereby appoints John A. Clarkson of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a full-time member of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years, effective February 27, 2012.

   Sur recommandation du président du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur le Bureau canadien d’enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme John A. Clarkson, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), membre à temps plein du Bureau canadien d’enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans, à compter du 27 février 2012.
