   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby re-appoints Bob Vergette of Pender Island, British Columbia, as a temporary member of the National Energy Board for a term of three years.
