   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Bernard Généreux of La Pocatière, Quebec, to be a director of the Québec Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Bernard Généreux, de La Pocatière (Québec), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Québec, pour un mandat de trois ans.
