   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to paragraph 4(1)(d) and subsection 4(3) of the Historic Sites and Monuments Act, hereby appoints Donna Joy Alexander Zwicker of Calgary, Alberta, to be a member of the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada, as a representative of the Province of Alberta to hold office during pleasure for a period of three years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’alinéa 4(1)d) et du paragraphe 4(3) de la Loi sur les lieux et monuments historiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Donna Joy Alexander Zwicker, de Calgary (Alberta), commissaire de la Commission des lieux et monuments historiques du Canada en sa qualité de représentante de la province de l’Alberta à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
