   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 11 of the Royal Canadian Mint Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of Guy Dancosse of Montréal, Quebec, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Royal Canadian Mint to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Keith E. Meagher.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 11 de la Loi sur la Monnaie royale canadienne, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la nomination, par le ministre des Finances, de Guy Dancosse, de Montréal (Québec), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Monnaie royale canadienne à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Keith E. Meagher.
