His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Robert Norman Ash of Sorel-Tracy, Quebec, to be Chairperson of the Board of Referees for the Quebec Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Richelieu-Yamaska, for a term of three years.
