   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Jim McMahon of Minden, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Board of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Peterborough, for a term of three years.
