   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Randy Barber of Markham, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Board of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Brampton, for a term of three years.
