   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 10 of the Nuclear Safety and Control Act, hereby appoints Rumina Velshi of Toronto, Ontario, to be a permanent member of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, on a part-time basis.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l’article 10 de la Loi sur la sûreté et la réglementation nucléaires, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Rumina Velshi, de Toronto (Ontario), commissaire permanente de la Commission canadienne de sûreté nucléaire, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, à temps partiel.
