   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable Alexandra H. Hoy, juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, soit nommée juge d’appel de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario, et juge d'office de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Alexandra H. Hoy, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, be appointed a Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario.
