     His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 1 of An Act respecting the National Battlefields at Quebec, hereby appoints François Paulhus of Lac Beauport, Quebec. to be a Commissioner of the National Battlefields Commission to hold office during pleasure.
