   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints George John Smith of Baie Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick, to be a director of the Belledune Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme George John Smith, de Baie Sainte-Anne (Nouveau-Brunswick), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Belledune, pour un mandat de trois ans.
