 His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, after consultation with the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby re-appoints Mark B. Laroche of Toronto, Ontario, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Canada Lands Company Limited to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range ($212,600 - $250,100), effective July 30, 2012.

  Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Mark B. Laroche, de Toronto (Ontario), président et premier dirigeant de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée, à titre amovible, pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle (212 600 $ - 250 100 $), à compter du 30 juillet 2012.
