His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Transport enter into and implement the Prince Rupert Port Authority Phase I, Phase II and Terminal 2 Final Agreement with the Prince Rupert Port Authority and the Gitxaala First Nation.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada agrée, la conclusion et la mise en œuvre, par le ministre des Transports, de l’accord définitif sur la phase I, la phase II et le deuxième terminal de l’Administration portuaire de Prince Rupert avec l’Administration portuaire de Prince Rupert et la Première Nation Gitxaala.
