                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, hereby

          (a)      pursuant to sections 3 and 5 of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act, re-appoints Joanne C. (Rogan) Keselman of Winnipeg, Manitoba, to be a member of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years; and

          (b)      pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act, approves the election by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Joanne C. (Rogan) Keselman to be Vice-President of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council;

effective June 20, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l'Industrie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil

          a)       en vertu des articles 3 et 5 de la Loi sur le Conseil de recherches en sciences naturelles et en génie, renouvelle le mandat de Joanne C. (Rogan) Keselman, de Winnipeg (Manitoba), conseiller du Conseil de recherches en sciences naturelles et en génie à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans;

          b)       en vertu du paragraphe 6(1) de la Loi sur le Conseil de recherches en sciences naturelles et en génie, approuve l’élection par le Conseil de recherches en sciences naturelles et en génie de Joanne C. (Rogan) Keselman, vice-président du Conseil de recherches en sciences naturelles et en génie;

à compter du 20 juin 2003.
