Whereas the Honourable Randall S. Echlin, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, died on August 12, 2011, while holding that office;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to section 44 of the Judges Act, hereby grants an annuity of $93,700 to Ann Elizabeth Echlin, widow of the Honourable Randall S. Echlin, to commence on August 13, 2011, and to continue during her life.

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l’article 44 de la Loi sur les juges, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil accorde, à titre viager, une pension annuelle de 93 700 $ à Ann Elizabeth Echlin, veuve de l’honorable Randall S. Echlin, payable à compter du 13 août 2011.
